As Dan said, "it

car garage." TRT has made to be played live. Snibe, Disappear, and One
in particular sounded extremely awesome live. Happy to here ESTYA,
Circles, and G&VG. One awesome kick ass show. It also helped
being there right on the stage. They really love playing and it shows.

The new orleans show
was great. Sunny Day played in this really cool room
called the parish on top of the house of blues. The Parish is brand new ,
very small and very intimate. I showed up 2 hours early to be first in line.
while waiting I got to meet jeremy and dan. They were super nice and signed
everything i had. I also got a chance to talk with jeremy after the show,
he
told me this: 1. they did record more songs than are on the rising tide, but
he is getting rid of all but one of them. jeremy said they might release one
trt b-side as a single or something. 2. Jeremy said that he has no plans to
do anything solo in the near future.3. he also told me he has no plans to
do
anything with his unrelaesed solo material( "oh john", "christ
has risin"
ect.) After that, I thanked him for everything and went over to talk with
Will. I asked Will what he listens to and he told me that he favoite
artists/bands are Gary Numan, The Who(which he said is also Jeremy's fovorite
band along with u2, of whom will said that "Jeremy is the #1 fan.")
and Led
Zeplin. Will also went on to tell a funny story of how he had this band,
and Jeremy showed up with his guitar and started singing. After a while, he
tried telling Jeremy that the band had broken up to get Jeremy out of the
band. I said somthing to will about Positive Greed and he started laughing
and said how bad that they were. Anyway, the show was unbelievable, i was
in
the front row about two inches from jeremy! "one" and "snibe"
totally rocked
live, but "in circles" and "eight" didn't sound as good
as they have in the
past maybe due to the fact that they were played in standard tuning. Other
than that, "the ocean, and "tearing in my heart" were the two
other
highlights except for when a security guard yanked out my friend in the
middle of "tearing in my heart" for taking photos. I would have
liked to have
heard "rain song," but Dan said that they are waiting to get some
strings
before they play it live. Dan also said to expect some more Diary song slive
in the near future. The set list was 1 Fool 2Pillars 3One 4 The Ocean 5
Killed By An Angel 6Guitar & Video Games 7 Snibe 8 ESTYA 9Disappear10
Tearing
In My Heart 11 J'nuh and the encore was 8, Rising Tide, and Circles.
